Pastor John grew up in a Christian home here in Federal Way though he walked away from his parents' faith in high school. The Lord drew John back to Himself in college and John pursued a biblical education, graduating with a biblical languages degree. He and his wife Angie spent time as missionaries in Ecuador. When their three girls were young, John pastored a church in Renton focusing on discipleship and missions outreach to the homeless and at-risk youth. 

The Prince family then moved back to Federal Way to care for John's ailing mother.

It was then that they began looking for a body of like-minded believers in the city. 

Veritas has been their home church for several years now and they are blessed to be knit together with this family of believers.
